05 · About
Meet Jacob Thomas.
I’ve spent most of my working life in roofing and exterior construction. I started installing roofs as a teenager, learned the trade in the field, later operated my own storm-restoration company, and went on to lead roofing, gutter and insulation operations while working across sales, production, training and process development.
That experience shaped the way I want Tenaro Exteriors to operate. I do not believe a customer should build trust with one person and then be handed off to a string of departments after the contract is signed. I want the person who earns the project to remain accountable for it through completion.
At Tenaro, that means I personally stay involved from the first inspection through the final walkthrough. As the company grows, our Project Consultants will be held to the same standard. They will have production support behind them, but they will continue to own the client relationship and the outcome.
My goal is to build an exterior company that feels personal even as it grows, one that combines field experience, strong systems and real ownership of every job we take on.
We built the company around three principles.
